2 days ago sent complaint to SKMM/MCM regarding the slow Internet I am getting, the next day afternoon, my connection was back to normal. And just now I got a phone call from MCMC/SKMM regarding my report, hey that was a surprise, looks like they are really making an effort in improving the services now, good job. Keep it up.
